How to? Edit bbcode with some adons

Hello everybody :)

I would like to ask few things about hide bbcode...
1. How to edit hide bbcode, that if is hided text/link, it can be showed with picture and not with text?
2. How to edit hide bbcode, that it does not affect on specific group, like VIP, Administrators, moderators (function like Ads on forum, where you can define, to who not to show the ads).

Another question about rep. points. Its all ok, when you can give points... But how to lose them? I mean, vbulletin forums have option:
Create specific forum, where every reply remove one rep. point... Is it same with evo-xtreme or if not, is it possible to do something like that?

P.S.: Im sorry, if I posted in wrong section, but I did my best to use search and to post this post in right section :)

1. I allready solved with picture on hide mode
2. need to know, how to deactive that code, if someone is VIP?
3. Reputation points use?

I wanna finish that and start with website....
