What have you done before the problem was there?

Did a complete rebuild and fresh install of site and databases. No extra mods have been added. Was only to the point of setting up groups and forums.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried to do the fixgroup.php but got this error...

Description and Message

We are rebuilding our site. We have completely deleted the account, website and databases and did a fresh install of evolution 2.07 I was adding members as they registered and everything was going fine. I tried to set up a member and was giving permissions in the forums for him when I got this error...
